Civilian Portal

Manage SpartanCAD civilian profiles, licenses, vehicles, firearms, active civilian state, and in-game link workflows.

Civilian Portal Overview

The Civilian Portal is the roleplay-facing records workspace for civilian users. It is opened from the Community Panel when the user has Civilian access.

Select the correct community, then choose a civilian before editing their records. Use the Overview, Licenses, Vehicles, Insurance, Firearms, and History tabs to manage that civilian.

Civilian Records

Civilian profiles support:

  • First, middle, and last name.
  • Date of birth and age calculation.
  • Gender, race, hair, eyes, height, and weight.
  • Residential address, city, county, state, and ZIP.
  • Mugshot image.
  • Active civilian selection.

Select your civilian inside /cad before using /registerveh, /setmugshot, or /911 [details] in FiveM. Selecting a civilian only in an external browser does not select them for your in-game CAD.

Licenses

Supported license types include:

TypeUse
Driver's LicenseDriver status and expiration.
Firearm PermitFirearm ownership permissions.
Boating LicenseBoat operation status.
Hunting LicenseHunting authorization.
Fishing LicenseFishing authorization.

Statuses such as active, valid, registered, suspended, expired, revoked, and stolen are displayed with visual severity.

Vehicles And Firearms

The portal supports civilian vehicle and firearm records. Vehicle records include plate, state, make, model, color, insurance and registration status, and vehicle type. Firearm records include serial-number based ownership details and status.

The FiveM /registerveh command can create or update a vehicle record from the player's current in-game vehicle when a civilian is active in the embedded CAD.

Mugshots

Run /setmugshot after selecting a civilian in-game to use your current character's headshot as that civilian's mugshot.

Insurance and History

Use the Insurance tab to maintain the selected civilian's policies. The History tab shows linked records and reports. Check the civilian name before adding or editing any record.

Emergency Reports

Use the portal's Emergency Call action, or /911 [details] in FiveM with a civilian selected, to report a roleplay emergency. Describe the incident and location clearly. Follow your community's dispatch procedures.

In-game Requirements

  • Open /cad and sign in to the correct community.
  • Open the Civilian Portal and select the intended civilian.
  • Be inside the vehicle when using /registerveh.
  • If commands still fail, ask your POC to check FiveM Integration and the server's generated configuration.
