Community Admin & Configuration
Configure SpartanCAD members, departments, charges, radio codes, forms, theme data, FiveM integration, radio integration, logs, limits, and ownership controls.
Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is the workspace for your community owner, POC, and authorized administrators.
The current Admin Panel navigation is grouped into Members, Customization, and Advanced & Security.

| Theme Configuration | Community theme, state, city, county, streetname, postal code, CSV import, and replacement mapping. |
| Departments | Agencies, departments, department type, abbreviation, permission key, badge/logo, and member count. |
| Logs | Recent administrative and operational audit entries. |
| Discord Integration | Spartan API Discord Bot status, guild whitelist, guild role access, admin roles, log channels, department access roles, and department supervisor roles. |

Forms And Automated Actions
The official form types are Police Report, Arrest Report Record, Citation Record, Warrant Record, Medical Record, and Fire Report.
The form builder supports these field types:

Automated actions can file arrest records, file warrants and add Wanted flags, add driver license points, and add civilian profile flags when a completed record is submitted.
Discord Integration
Discord integration uses the existing Spartan API Discord Bot. Community owners should configure it from Admin Panel > Discord Integration.
Important settings include:
- Discord integration enabled.
- Discord Guild Whitelist.
- Role Access Sync.
- Discord guild selection.
- Community Member Roles.
- Community Admin Roles.
- Audit Log Channel ID.
- Join Log Channel ID.
- Department Access Roles.
- Department Supervisor Roles.
When a guild is selected, role fields use the guild role list from the Spartan API Discord Bot. Use the role dropdowns instead of manually copying role IDs whenever roles are available.
Guild whitelist limits CAD access to members of the selected Discord guild. If no community member roles are selected, any member of the selected guild can pass the whitelist. If member roles are selected, the user must have at least one selected member role.
Department role access is configured per department. Use Department Access Roles to grant department membership/access from Discord roles, then use Supervisor Roles to grant supervisor access inside that same department.
FiveM Integration
FiveM integration is configured from Admin Panel > FiveM Integration. In Resource Authentication, use Copy Configuration to obtain your community ID and generated integration key for server.cfg. Follow In-game Resource. Regenerating a key immediately invalidates the old one; update the server configuration and restart the resource afterward.
Resource Sync
Resource Sync controls the in-game spartancad resource connection.
- FiveM Integration.
- Live Map Sync.
- Location Update Interval Milliseconds.
- Stale Unit Seconds.
The in-game resource automatically identifies the running server and syncs live map state back to the active CAD community. Detected servers appear in the Detected Servers table with server name, server ID, active unit count, and last seen time.
Resource Events
Resource Events control what the in-game resource is allowed to create or update:
- Player Discovery.
- MDC Unit Commands.
- CAD Call Events.
Keep these enabled when you want /attach, /status, /gps, /911, /trafficstop, live units, and call events to work from FiveM.
Departments And Callsigns
Custom MDC Callsigns are configured from Admin Panel > Departments > MDC Callsigns.
Enable Custom MDC Callsigns when members should be able to type a callsign that is not already assigned to their member profile. Leave it disabled when callsigns should only come from approved member records.
Radio Integration
Radio Integration is a future SpartanCAD admin area. It is shown in the navigation as a disabled planning panel and is not required for the current FiveM resource, MDC, Civilian Portal, Discord role sync, or ALPR workflows.
