Generate a License Key
To configure your Community Profile, use the Radio Programming System, and start the FiveM resource, you must first generate a license key.
Generating a License Key
Licensing and product access are managed through the Spartan Customer Portal. The account that owns the purchase can create the community profile, generate the license key, and add trusted administrators who need configuration access.
If your purchase, license, or administrator access does not appear in the Customer Portal, open a support ticket from the portal or the Support Discord. Do not share license keys in public channels.
Steps
- Open the Spartan Customer Portal.
- Sign in with the Discord account attached to the purchase.
- Open your product or community access page.
- Generate or select the license key for the community.
- Open RMS at
https://rms.spartansoftware.app. - Select the license key, enter the community name and abbreviation, and save the profile.
After saving, use the community profile to finish radio setup, start the resource, and sign into the Dispatch Console.

Only the community owner or Point of Contact can generate the initial license key. If you are a developer configuring the system for a community, ask the owner to add you as an administrator in the Customer Portal or RMS before you start setup work.
